As a kid, Dr. Faith struggled with some health issues that conventional health care couldn’t fully solve. Chiropractic was one of the first things that made a noticeable difference. The whole experience opened her eyes to how the body stores stress and trauma—and how much better life feels when the nervous system can function more freely. That experience planted the seed for a career built around natural, hands-on ways of helping people feel more at home in their own bodies.
Today, as a Cincinnati chiropractor and SoftWave Therapy provider, Dr. Faith still carries that early curiosity into every visit. She’s less interested in chasing quick fixes and more focused on understanding how a patient’s symptoms connect to the larger systems of the body, and to the life they want to get back to.
Education, training, and clinical background
Dr. Faith is a licensed chiropractor in the state of Ohio (License DC‑05144) and the founder of Simply Well Chiropractic in Cincinnati.
Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) – Palmer College of Chiropractic
Master of Science in Education – Eastern Illinois University
Webster Technique Training– specialized training in pregnancy-related care (2021)
Activator Methods Certification – instrument-assisted chiropractic technique
Before opening Simply Well, she completed an internship serving United States veterans at the Fort Meade VA Medical Center. There, she worked with a wide range of complex conditions—chronic pain, post-surgical issues, multi-area injuries—while learning how to listen closely to people who had “seen everything” and still needed help. That experience still shapes how she approaches complicated cases and patients who feel overlooked or rushed in other settings.
Dr. Faith has been in practice in Cincinnati since 2022 and has integrated SoftWave Therapy into her clinical toolbox at Simply Well Chiropractic since 2023. SoftWave has become a key part of her work with stubborn ankle, foot, and other musculoskeletal pain—especially for people who want non-surgical options or have not found lasting relief elsewhere.
How Dr. Faith practices
One of Dr. Faith’s core strengths is translating exam findings and patient stories into clear, relatable explanations. Patients often arrive thinking only in terms of “my back hurts” or “my ankle is bad.” In the exam room, she takes what she sees—movement patterns, tension, areas of irritation—and connects it back to how the nervous system, joints, and soft tissues are interacting.
Her goal is for people to walk away not just with a treatment plan, but with a working understanding of what’s going on in their body in language that actually makes sense. That clarity helps patients feel confident saying yes to care, asking good questions, and recognizing what progress looks like beyond just “it hurts less.”
Clinically, she blends:
- Chiropractic adjustments (manual and instrument-assisted)
- Soft tissue work and muscle release
- SoftWave Therapy for targeted, non-surgical tissue stimulation
- Simple, sustainable movement and habit changes people can realistically apply
Patients might come in for neck or low back pain, but over time they often notice changes in sleep, digestion, and overall mood. For Dr. Faith, those “side benefits” are part of the reason she loves this work: when pain eases and the nervous system settles, people tend to show up differently in their families, jobs, and hobbies.
Who she loves helping
Dr. Faith enjoys caring for patients of all ages, genders, and identities. Her practice is intentionally structured to be welcoming and affirming, with the goal of treating each person as a whole human, not just a body part.
Again and again, she sees patients arrive with a simple goal—like “fix my back” or “help my ankle”—and discover that consistent, thoughtful care can open up much more of their life than they expected.
How her values show up in the clinic
Dr. Faith is clear-eyed about the realities of the U.S. healthcare system: at its best, it’s full of people who want to help; at its worst, it can feel impersonal, rushed, and driven more by systems than by patients’ actual lives. She doesn’t believe there’s a single cure for everything, but she does believe care should be grounded in science, access, and equality.
Simply Well Chiropractic was built on a few practical commitments:
- Accessibility and affordability wherever possible
- Open new-patient availability so people aren’t waiting months for help
- Efficient visits—a treatment flow that typically keeps people in the office around 10–15 minutes, without sacrificing thoughtfulness
- A simple vision: to be the best part of a patient’s day, not just another appointment to get through
Underneath the clinical details is a simple belief: our bodies encounter big and small traumas every day. Through kindness, chiropractic care, SoftWave, and movement, Dr. Faith aims to help unwind how the body holds onto those experiences and support it in adapting more resiliently to whatever comes next.
