When pain has lingered long enough, it can be hard to know what to try next. Dr. Faith Swartzendruber helps patients understand what may be contributing to their discomfort and take a practical next step forward with focused evaluation, personalized care, and SoftWave Therapy.

Her path into hands-on care began through massage therapy and a deep interest in how the body moves, compensates, and heals. Over time, that work led her to chiropractic education at Palmer College of Chiropractic and, ultimately, to founding Simply Well Chiropractic in Cincinnati.

Today, Dr. Faith combines clinical training, practical movement-focused care, and advanced SoftWave Therapy training to help people move beyond temporary workarounds and toward a more confident return to the activities they value.

Dr. Faith is a licensed chiropractor in the state of Ohio (License DC‑05144) and the founder of Simply Well Chiropractic in Cincinnati.

SoftWave Therapy Training

Before opening Simply Well, Dr. Faith Swartzendruber completed an internship serving United States veterans at the Fort Meade VA Medical Center. There, she worked with a wide range of complex conditions—chronic pain, post-surgical issues, multi-area injuries—while learning how to listen closely to people who had “seen everything” and still needed help. That experience still shapes how she approaches complicated cases and patients who feel overlooked or rushed in other settings.

Dr. Faith Swartzedruber has been in practice in Cincinnati since 2022 and has integrated SoftWave Therapy into her clinical toolbox at Simply Well Chiropractic since 2023. SoftWave has become a key part of her work with stubborn ankle, foot, and other musculoskeletal pain—especially for people who want non-surgical options or have not found lasting relief elsewhere.

Pain is rarely just an inconvenience. It can affect how you work, exercise, sleep, care for your family, and feel in your own body. Dr. Faith Swartzendruber’s approach is built around understanding the whole picture—not simply chasing symptoms.

01.

She starts by listening

Every patient comes in with a different story, concern, and goal. Dr. Faith begins by taking the time to understand what you are experiencing, how it is affecting your daily life, what you have already tried, and what you hope to get back to doing.

02.

She looks beyond the symptom

Pain is often more complicated than the place it shows up. Dr. Faith uses a focused evaluation to better understand movement, tissue health, and the factors that may be contributing to your discomfort—so recommendations are based on the full picture, not just a quick fix.

03.

She explains your options clearly

You should never feel rushed into a treatment plan you do not understand. Dr. Faith explains what she sees in straightforward language, answers your questions, and helps you understand whether chiropractic care, SoftWave Therapy, or another approach may be appropriate for your needs.

She creates a plan around your goals

Whether you want to walk without pain, return to the gym, keep up with your family, recover from an injury, or simply move more comfortably, your care plan should support what matters to you. Dr. Faith adjusts recommendations based on your progress, response to care, and long-term goals.

Who Dr. Faith loves helping

Dr. Faith Swartzendruber enjoys caring for patients of all ages, genders, and identities. Her practice is intentionally structured to be welcoming and affirming, with the goal of treating each person as a whole human, not just a body part.

Again and again, she sees patients arrive with a simple goal—like “fix my back” or “help my ankle”—and discover that consistent, thoughtful care can open up much more of their life than they expected.

SoftWave Therapy is a non-invasive acoustic-wave treatment that may be used to support the body’s healing response in areas affected by pain, reduced mobility, or tissue irritation. Dr. Faith uses it as one tool within a broader care plan—not as a substitute for careful evaluation or individualized recommendations.

For the right patient, SoftWave can be a helpful option because it is:

  • Non-invasive
  • FDA-cleared technology
  • Performed in short office visits
  • Designed to support the body’s natural healing processes
  • Used without injections or surgery

Dr. Faith’s role is to determine whether SoftWave is worth exploring for your situation, explain the potential role it could play, and help you understand the next steps before you commit to a care plan.
